Vinney Arora Founder, The Arora Collective

Vinney is proud to work with My Digital TAT2 to help students, families and communities use technology in safe, ethical, and kind ways. In addition to his role at My Digital TAT2, he’s the Founder of The Arora Collective, a boutique nonprofit consulting firm. In 2014 Vinney co-founded PartyChild.org, a grassroots organization that hosts birthday parties for homeless and low-income children. In 2015, he was awarded the “Young Innovator” award from the Thrive Alliance for his work in leading donor engagement at StarVista. Vinney started his career in education teaching preschool at the Peninsula JCC and he is proud to come full circle and empower the youth voice at My Digital TAT2. He’s celebrating his 22nd year in nonprofit work and speaks nationally about fund development, being an introvert, and being a leader of color in the social change space.


Masheika Allgood Founder, AllAI Consulting, LLC

Masheika Allgood is an AI Ethicist and the founder of AllAI Consulting, LLC, a platform for providing AI education across various industries to people with non-tech and non-AI backgrounds. She served as a Board Member of, and wrote the Technical Best Practices Product Management section for, the Foundation for Best Practices in Machine Learning. She is an active member of the IEEE where she recently led a subgroup that was tasked with writing the Organizational Capacity Standards for Standard 3119 - the Standard for the Procurement of Artificial Intelligence and Automated Decision Systems. Masheika taught an original course - Ethics in AI Product Design - for the Fully Employed MBA Program at UC Irvine’s Paul Merage School of Business during the Summer 2022 session. Masheika's first foray into AI Ethics was as the founder and lead of NVIDIA's first AI Ethics Workgroup, an international, crossfunctional working group of internal experts and senior leadership tasked with developing a structure and methodology for systematically addressing ethics in AI.

Masheika holds an LL.M in Litigation and Dispute Resolution from the George Washington University School of Law, a Juris Doctorate from Florida State University, and a Masters in International Business from Florida International University.


Irina Raicu Internet Ethics Program Director, Santa Clara University

Irina Raicu directs the Internet Ethics program at the Markkula Center for Applied Ethics. She is a certified information privacy professional, and her work addresses a wide variety of issues—from online privacy to social media’s impact on society, from the digital divide to the ethics of encryption, and from the ethics of artificial intelligence to the right to be forgotten. Raicu has been a member of the Partnership on AI's working group on Fair, Transparent, and Accountable AI, and she served as a member of the initial cohort of the city of San Jose’s privacy advisory task force. She has authored and co-authored a variety of resources published by the Markkula Center, and, together with other center staff, she has worked with multiple companies in the process of developing their responsible tech/responsible AI policies and processes. Her writing has appeared in publications including The Atlantic, U.S.A. Today, MarketWatch, Slate, the San Francisco Chronicle, and Recode.
