Strategies for Engaging High Net Worth Donors -- What Works

SCROLL DOWN TO GET THE RECORDING

As the landscape of giving changes, nonprofits will have to adapt and re-calibrate development efforts.

Funding Your Impact is Santa Clara County’s premier conference on nonprofit fundraising. This summit will bring together foundation, corporate and nonprofit leaders to discuss ways to grow nonprofit fundraising and revenue.

We’ll share proven fundraising strategies from leading experts and discuss emerging tools and techniques in the fund development field.

On May 20, we gathered for Strategies for Engaging High Net Worth Donors -- What Works.

Despite the region being a hub for tech innovation and wealth, we know the wealth disparity is significant. Community leaders are calling for long-term structural social change to address these disparities -- but in the meantime, can we engage high net worth individuals based in Silicon Valley to give locally to help bridge the gap? And how can nonprofits access high net worth individuals and make sure their nonprofit impact stories are heard. In this panel session, hear perspectives from philanthropy leaders on approaches to successfully engage with local high net wealth individuals and donor-advised funds.

Presented by: Aude Anquetil, Director of Strategic Partnerships, Magnify Community

Panelists Include:

  • Sawako Sonoyama Clarin, Director of Partnerships and External Relations, Stanford Center of Philanthropy and Civil Society (Stanford PACS)
  • Maeve Miccio, Vice President, Strategic Partnerships, Eastern Region, Silicon Valley Community Foundation
