How do we (re)structure our organization to not only weather but to thrive during the pandemic? How do we emerge stronger than before? What steps do we need to take internally to ensure that we are poised to help the communities we serve so that they can do the same?

Join us for this Nonprofit Coffee Hour session designed to help nonprofit executives and CEOs redefine long term goals. You will prioritize action items to help you reach your goals, identify the resources you need and create a timeline to get there.  If your internal processes are strong, as an organization, you can accomplish anything! 

This session will focus on these 4 areas:

  • Employee Engagement: Engaged employees are aligned with your goals and connected with the company purpose and understand how their productivity affects the mission.
  • Employee Communication: Like external messaging, internal messaging is important too! It takes an intentional message and time to create a planned effort for effectively communicating that message.
  • Performance Management: Does each employee have clear job responsibilities, priorities, performance expectations, and regular feedback? Employees cite the best managers are those who coach, develop, and mentor.
  • Employee Wellbeing: Before the pandemic, a CompPsych survey found that nearly half of employees suffer from moderate to severe stress resulting in difficulty focusing on tasks, increased errors, missed deadlines, and difficulty getting along with co-workers and superiors. What tools can best support your employees bring their best selves to work and life?

Registrants will receive a worksheet to help redefine long term goals, identify organizational strengths and uncover potential barriers.
