Service Never Sleeps (SNS) virtual Allyship training is an intensive, two-day fast-paced webinar series designed to explore how to use individual and collective areas of privilege to advance racial justice in an intersectional context. Using SNS’ CLAIM framework (Care, Learn, Act, Influence, Maintain), this workshop will explore what it means to adopt an allyship lifestyle. This workshop will equip you with tools to be an active ally for racial justice through methods of naming white privilege, centering people of color, navigating intersectionality across identities, influencing others, and continuing your own self-work journey. You’ll leave this workshop committed to the Allyship lifestyle, and prepared to facilitate change in your own workspace
Speaker includes:
Stella Oloye, M.Ed (she/they), Service Never Sleeps Program Manager: writer, storyteller, educator, and orator, Stella intentionally centers their queer, pro-Black feminist identities and social praxis through facilitation, coaching, and consulting on the myriad critical social issues, identities, and ideologies influencing our interpersonal, communal, and systemic relationships. Holding a B.S. in clinical psychology and M.Ed in clinical mental health/multicultural community counseling, they are a social justice facilitator and race equity coach with over 13 years of experience cultivating community and organizational spaces that stretch people beyond the façade of inclusion, Stella embodies queer Black spirituality and liberation in her creative works and approach to social justice and guides her audiences into a deep reflections on how to create new worlds built around the equitable lived experience of shared humanity.

The deadline to receive a full refund for your registration is Friday, September 9th.
Cancellations received within the 72 hour period before the event starts will not be eligible for a refund, but are eligible for an attendee substitution from within the same organization if needed.
